– Konferenssivieraat saavat -15 % alennuksen päivän huonehinnasta käyttämällä alennuskoodia PROETHNOS. Hinta sisältää aamiaisen.
– Koodilla voi varata huoneita saapumispäivään saakka saatavuuden mukaan
– Jokainen konferenssivieras voi itse tehdä huonevarauksen etukoodilla suoraan kotisivuilta (Hotel Haven: https://www.hotelhaven.fi/ ja Hotel Lilla Roberts: https://www.lillaroberts.com/)
– Koodi aktivoidaan ajalle 12.-17.3.2024, etuhintaiset huonevaraukset on mahdollista peruuttaa veloituksetta 72 h ennen saapumista.

– jokainen majoittuja varaa ja maksaa majoituksensa itse. Varauksen yhteydessä on annettava huonekiintiön koodi ETHNOS2024.
– Varaukset tehdään hotellin myyntipalveluun, myyntipalvelu@hotelarthur.fi, puh. 09-1734 4200 tai vastaanottoon, vastaanotto@hotelarthur.fi, puh. 09-173 441. Myyntipalvelu on avoinna arkipäivisin kello 08.00–16.00. Huom! Koodi ei toimi kotisivuilla.

– Huonehintoihin sisältyy aamiainen noutopöydästä ja arvonlisävero.
– Jos majoittujan saapuminen hotelliin on kello 18.00 jälkeen, pyydämme majoittujaa ystävällisesti ilmoittamaan seuraavat luottokorttitiedot hotelliin varauksen vahvistamiseksi: luottokortin haltijan nimi, luottokorttinumero ja kortin voimassaolo (kk/vv.).
– Yksittäinen huonevaraus voidaan perua kuluitta saapumispäivänä klo 18.00 mennessä. Esteen sattuessa pyydämme ystävällisesti perumaan varauksen hotellimme myyntipalveluun tai vastaanottoon peruutuskulujen välttämiseksi.

– Varausjärjestelmä laskee huonetyypistä riippuen 12–25 % alennuksen varauspäivän normaalista hinnasta. Alennetun hinnan saa käyttöönsä koodilla “ETHNOS”.
– Koodi syötetään ”Alennuskoodi” laatikkoon ja klikataan ”Hae”. Tämän jälkeen järjestelmä näyttää saatavilla olevat huonetyypit ja alennetut hinnat, joilla varauksen voi vahvistaa.
– Huoneita voi varata alennettuun hintaan aikavälille 7.3.2024-23.3.2024 vieraan henkilökohtaisen majoitustarpeen mukaan. Koodi on heti käytettävissä.

Hotel Arthur (Vuorikatu 19, 00100 Helsinki)
– Each guest books and pays for their accommodation themselves. At the time of booking, the quota code ETHNOS2024 must be entered.
– Reservations are made to the hotel’s sales service: e-mail myyntipalvelu@hotelarthur.fi, tel. 09-17344200 or reception, vastaanotto@hotelarthur.fi, tel. 09-173 441. The sales service is open on weekdays from 08:00 to 16:00. The code does not work on the website.
– Number of rooms per night: 10 * Classic single [1] bed rooms for 105 € /room/night; 5 * Standard twin [2] twin rooms for two people for 120 € /room/night
– Room rates include buffet breakfast and VAT.
– If the guest arrives at the hotel after 18:00, we kindly ask the guest to provide the following credit card details to the hotel to confirm the reservation: credit card holder’s name, credit card number and card validity (month/yy).
– Individual room reservations can be cancelled free of charge by 18:00 on the day of arrival. In the event of an obstacle, we kindly ask you to cancel the reservation at our hotel’s sales service or reception to avoid cancellation fees.
Hotel Finn (Kalevankatu 3 B, 00100 Helsinki)
– Depending on the room type, the booking system calculates a discount of 12-25% of the regular rate on the day of booking.
– Enter the discount code ”ETHNOS” at the time of booking
– The code is entered in the ”Discount Code” box and clicked ”Search”. The system will then display available room types and discounted rates to confirm your reservation.
– Rooms can be booked at a discounted rate for the period 7.3.2024-23.3.2024 according to the guest’s personal accommodation needs. The code is immediately available. – The room can be booked directly on the hotel’s website www.hotellifinn.fi
– Accommodation prices do not include breakfast, nor does the hotel serve breakfast.
